COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS
Jordon has an established track record of being a part of teams responsible for Impact Benefit Agreements (IBAs), Community Development Agreements (CDAs), and Local Level Agreements (LLAs) – from both the community and the company side of the table. His knowledge of the CDA process, the options available, and how to position a CDA for successful implementation comes from directly working and advising on CDAs in Canada, Peru, Chile, Australia, PNG, Mongolia, and additional locations over the past 10+ years.
